Apartment House Rules

1. Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM.
2. No smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
3. No parties: Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.
4. Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
5. Pets: Allowed only upon prior confirmation.
6. Maximum occupancy: Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.
7. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
8. Security: Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
9. Pool: Use of the pool must follow community rules and is at your own risk.
10. Keys: Lost keys result in an additional fee.
11. Waste: Please dispose of trash in designated bins.
12. Equipment: Apartment equipment must not be removed from the property.
13. Malfunctions: Report any issues to the host immediately.
14. Visitors: Unregistered visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
15. Departure: Please leave the apartment in good condition.
